Our Final Soup & Prayers

Our fifth and final session of Soup & Prayers will be held tonight! If you haven’t be able to join us yet, there’s still time! Tonight we’ll be focusing on two types of psalms — pilgrimage psalms, designed to accompany worshipers on their way to festivals in Jerusalem, and royal psalms, written to be used in connection with events in the life of the king.
Please try and join us tonight. We meet 6:30 to 8:00 pm downstairs in the Family Room (under the church) and there is always room for one more! We will even have some green soup in honor of St. Patrick’s Day!

Those of you who have provided soup, please remember to bring your recipes to share with everybody. Debbie has graciously offered to put together a little Lenten cookbook for us all — a wonderful remembrance of our fellowship this season.

This is our last session in our Lenten journey. Many thanks to all who have helped make this program such a success this year. We have enjoyed wonderful fellowship, wonderful soup, and learned some along the way.

Hope to see you tonight!
